In 2015 Venom 44 was first launched in both Sterndrive and Outboard versions. Since then, she has managed to impress the markets, national and international, for multiple reasons. Using all our experience we managed to build a RIB that remains easy to use as the smaller models, agile, sporty and at the same time a RIB that takes advantage of the bigger length in order to have a spacious deck with all the luxury that a mega RIB must have. What is unique in the segment is the state-of-the-art hull with three steps designed from Lorne Campbell, a naval architect who is famous for the stepped hull designs. The hull combines the great sea keeping ability even under rough conditions with great efficiency.
2021
It’s very difficult to make a RIB like Venom 44 even better but we managed to do it! The development department created a T-Top made 100% from carbon fiber. This technology was first used on the Seafarer 36 X with great results so it was time to use it at the bigger Venom 44. To make a T-Top of this size from this material was a big challenge, but the result justifies us. Compared to the previous T-Top, the new one has a fresher design making the Venom 44 even more attractive but more important the weight has been reduced more than 120 kg! Last but not least the all construction is 30% more rigid.
This means that we have decreased the weight and the center of gravity of Venom 44 which results to better fuel efficiency, lower CO2, better performance and better handling under any sea conditions. Moreover, the higher rigidity means that the T-Top is not vibrating even in rough conditions. Last but not least, we offer this piece of art as standard!
Innovation and progress are in our DNA and this is one more proof.
The first Venom 44 of 2021 was also combined with the Mercury Racing 450 R outboards engines. With generous displacement, supercharged induction, and Mercury Racing Quad Cam Four Valve (QC4) design the V8 FourStroke 450R cranks out the most outboard speed and power ever offered by Mercury Racing. From the first sea trial this combination showed great results. Amazing stability on any speed, fast accelerations and a top speed of 72 knots with unique easiness.
Venom 44 of 2021 remains with proud our flagship and gets even better from the original model. From now on she is lighter, more robust, more attractive, with greater handling and with better performance. Luxury, comfort and top end equipment’s remain standard on board!
